A 5-week journey to support your wellbeing through the busiest season of the year - helping you end the year feeling deeply proud and step into the next already growing into the person you want to become.

This is the time of year when routines slip, motivation fades, and we tell ourselves we’ll “start fresh in January.”
But flow isn’t about waiting for the perfect time, it’s about choosing to stay connected, even when life gets full. It’s finding steadiness in the in-between and carrying that rhythm into the new year already in motion.

Conquer

For most, summer is when self-care takes the back seat - classes drop off, energy dips, and old habits creep back in.
But what if this year, you decided to prioritise what keeps you feeling alive? To conquer is to stay anchored in your health and wellbeing when it would be easier not to.

Thrive

To thrive is to end the year not depleted, but full - full of energy, clarity, and self-care. It’s choosing to keep showing up out of respect for yourself and how far you’ve come. To thrive is to remember that you deserve to feel alive, not depleted. It’s deciding that your energy, your health, and your peace are worth protecting, even when everything around you says “wait until next year.”

The Invitation

There’s a moment between the end of one year and the beginning of the next...
a space where everything speeds up around you, yet your own wellbeing often slows down.

This is the time of year when routines fall away.
When the to-do lists get longer, the days get fuller, and it becomes easier and easier to put yourself last.


Most people pause here… not out of choice, but out of exhaustion.
They tell themselves they’ll start again in January.

But what if you didn’t wait?
What if, instead of slipping out of your rhythm, you chose to stay connected.. gently, consistently, intentionally?
What if you ended the year not depleted… but full?

Conquer & Thrive is your invitation to do exactly that.
Five weeks. Fifteen sessions. A steady, supportive rhythm of movement and mindfulness that holds you through the chaos, the celebrations, and the in-between moments.
So you can finish the year proud of how you showed up for yourself and step into the next one already in momentum.

The Summer You Don’t Just Survive - You Thrive

Dates: December 15 – January 18
Goal: Complete 15 sessions in 5 weeks

How to join

Members on 3+ Classes Per Week

If your current membership already includes 3 or more classes per week, you’re all set to join the challenge.

Register by submitting the form below! Registrations close on 30th November.

Need a few extra classes to reach your 15-session goal over the 5 weeks?

STEP 1 - Choose an option:

OPTION 1

Grab a class pack during our biggest class pack sale of the year (limited time only!) to supplement your membership and stay on track! This is also a great option for those who want flexibility to spread their 15 classes out during the 5-week period.

OPTION 2

Grab a challenge pass if you want consistency, accountability, and a clear weekly rhythm to keep you on track.

  • 3 classes per week

  • Weekly debit: $55 per week ($18.30 per class)

  • Your first week's on us!

  • Minimum commitment until Jan 18th

  • Start anytime from today as a warm-up and ease into your routine before the challenge begins!

  • Align & Balance members also have the option to upgrade to this membership for the challenge.

STEP 2 - Register for the Challenge

After choosing your challenge access (class pack or Thrive Challenge Pass), make sure you register here - this step is essential.
