Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, build strength, or reduce stress, our classes are designed to meet your unique needs.
Pilates

Reformer Flow
Open Level: Reformer Flow guides you through dynamic movements using the reformer to support and challenge your body at the same time. The springs add resistance where you need strength and assistance where you need ease, helping you find alignment, stability, and flow as you move. You’ll build full body strength, improve mobility, and feel deeply connected to your movement. Expect a steady rhythm, thoughtful sequencing, and a sense of flow that carries you from start to finish. You’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, and more balanced in your body.

Reformer Burn
Intermediate/Advanced: A high-energy workout that utilises the jumpboard attachment of a reformer machine to provide a low-impact but high intensity workout that improves strength, cardiovascular endurance and coordination. This class is great for those familiar with the reformer. For new clients, we suggest starting with Reformer Flow or Restore.

Reformer Strong
Intermediate/Advanced: Reformer Strong is an athletic, strength driven reformer class designed to challenge your limits while keeping precision and control at the core. With heavier springs, layered progressions, and purposeful use of props, this class builds full body strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect strong legs, a switched on core, and movements that ask for focus as much as effort. You’ll leave feeling empowered, capable, and deeply strong from the inside out. Best suited for those with prior reformer experience. If you're new, we recommend starting with Reformer Flow or Restore before trying this class. Suitable for pregnant clients who were regularly attending Reformer Strong prior to pregnancy and have medical clearance.

Reformer Restore
Open Level: Reformer Restore offers gentle, nourishing movements designed to release tension and bring your nervous system back into balance. Using the support of the reformer, you’ll move slowly through dynamic and deep stretches that improve mobility and create space in the body. Breath leads the way, movements are unhurried, and the focus is on feeling supported rather than pushed. You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and truly restored.

Postnatal Reformer
Suitable for mums with medical clearance from 6 weeks postpartum. Experience a beautiful blend of gentle strength-building and mindfulness practices in this class, designed to help new mums reconnect with their body after birth. This class focuses on core and pelvic health while offering a mindful approach to recovery. Bubs are welcome to come along until they’re on the move and become a bit too curious about the reformer! We recommend using a capsule, bouncer, or play mat beside you, as pram space is limited (though you’re welcome to park your pram in the hallway).

Bubs Welcome Classes
A regular class open to everyone, where mums can also bring their non-mobile babies. We recommend using a capsule, bouncer, or play mat beside you, as pram space is limited (though you’re welcome to park your pram in the hallway). If you’re bringing your baby, please ensure you have medical clearance from 6 weeks postpartum. If it’s your first class back, we suggest starting with our Mums & Bubs class.

Power Mat Pilates
Open Level: A strength and conditioning focused class designed to build endurance and full body strength. The pace is upbeat, the movements are bold, and the energy is high. Expect legs that work, arms that fire up, and a core that stays switched on from start to finish. You’ll build heat in your body and uncover strength you didn’t realise you had. You’ll finish feeling empowered, energised, and buzzing in your body. Strong. Capable. Lit up.

Mat Pilates Flow
Open Level: A class that blends controlled strength work with dynamic movement, guiding you into a rhythm where breath, alignment, and coordination come together.
Fluid transitions and thoughtful progressions allow movements to build and evolve, helping you develop strength and mobility while staying connected to your breath.
Get lost in the flow and discover strength through controlled movement. You’ll leave feeling energised, supple, and strong in both body and mind.
Yoga

Feel Good Flow
Open Level: Experience the rhythm of breath and motion with our signature Feel Good Yoga Flow at Sama House—a dynamic practice suitable for all levels. Through fluid sequences of Yoga poses, this class strengthens your body, enhances flexibility, and cultivates mindfulness, aiming to melt away tension in both body and mind. With each pose, twist, and breath, you'll tap into your body's 'flow state' - a soul-nourishing experience that transcends the mat.

Gentle Flow
Open Level: calming practice designed for all levels, especially beginners or those seeking a slower pace. This class focuses on gentle stretches, restorative poses, and mindful breathing to release tension, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation. With every pose, inhale, and exhale, you'll create space in your body and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Yin
Open Level: With its emphasis on stillness and deep stretching, Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time, typically 3-5 minutes or more, supported by bolsters and blocks. It targets the connective tissues of the body, improving flexibility and promoting relaxation.

Yin & Yang
Open Level: Yin/Yang yoga intertwines serene Yin poses with dynamic Yang sequences for a balanced practice that embodies the best of both worlds. Flow through dynamic movements to build strength and flexibility, then surrender into deep, restorative poses for relaxation and inner peace. This class offers a complete mind-body experience in one harmonious session.

Yin & Meditation
Open Level: A fusion of Yin and Meditation, creating a balanced and transformative experience for both body and mind. In the Yin Yoga segment, experience a slow-paced style of yoga that emphasises holding poses for 3-5 minutes, supported by bolsters and blocks to target the connective tissues for improved flexibility and relaxation. For the latter half of the class, transition to a guided meditation to reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and foster an overall sense of well-being.
New to Reformer Pilates?
Join one of our 15-minute Reformer Intro Sessions designed specifically for beginners. Our expert instructors will introduce you to the Reformer machine, cover essential safety tips, and guide you through your first movements. We offer six of these sessions across our timetable, and you can book one right before your first group class.
