That’s why we’ve created the Strong Mama Starter Pack — a holistic, supportive way to gently ease back into movement, reconnect with your body, and give yourself the care you deserve.
This package gives you everything you need to take that first step back into exercise and feel empowered in your body again. By combining Pilates, Yoga and Osteopathy, it helps you rebuild strength, improve pelvic health, and restore balance — both physically and mentally. Together, these practices create a strong foundation for your postpartum recovery, helping you feel stronger, more connected to your body, and ready to embrace your new strength and inner calm. We understand that every postpartum journey is unique, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What's Included
🤎 30-Minute 1:1 Reformer Pilates Private Session
value: $58
Every postpartum body is different, and so are the goals we each bring into this chapter — whether it’s rebuilding strength, relieving tension, or simply moving without pain in certain areas of the body. This session is designed to give you 1:1 attention and a supportive plan tailored to your needs. You can choose to book your 1:1 session before your first class to ease into the studio environment — or use it anytime during your pack to supplement your group sessions with personalised guidance.
Once you’ve purchased the pack, we’ll get in touch to organise your session based on your availability. 1:1 times are offered Monday to Friday between 9am–1pm, and are subject to instructor availability each week. Your session will be led by one of our instructors trained in postnatal Pilates, ensuring that you receive expert care and guidance tailored to your postpartum needs. We understand your bubba is attached to your hip during this season, so as long as your bub isn't too wriggly yet (for safety reasons), they are more than welcome to join you in the studio!

Suitable for mums with medical clearance from 6 weeks postpartum. This class blends gentle strength-building with mindfulness, focusing on core and pelvic health to help you reconnect with your body after birth.
