This February, we’re challenging you to devote 28 days to you. With a goal of completing
20+ classes in 28 days, this is your chance to create a consistent ritual of movement, care, and connection with your body.
Every movement, every breath, every class is a step toward feeling your absolute best. Let’s create something lasting, something that flows with you, long after February. This is your chance to build momentum that carries you into the rest of the year with energy and intention.

Duration: 28 days (February 1st - February 28th)

Goal: Complete 20+ yoga or Pilates classes within 28 days

You can count up to 2 classes per day towards the challenge

Each class must be attended within the challenge period (Feb 1st to 28th)
