Challenge Details

The Becoming Challenge is designed to help you stay motivated, consistent and connected to your wellbeing throughout Winter.

​

​We believe true wellbeing goes far beyond physical exercise. Some days it's building strength to support your everyday life, other days it's prioritising recovery and mindfulness to move through the day with less stress and a more regulated nervous system. It's about learning to listen to what your body needs most, because every choice plays a role in the person you're becoming. 

​

Each week, you'll complete one challenge from each of our five categories:

The best part? You choose the challenges that suit your goals, lifestyle and wellbeing needs.

We will give you a list of challenges from each category that you get to choose from, based on what you need. All you need to do, is choose which 5 challenges across all categories that you will complete each week.

​

Track your progress throughout the challenge with the challenge card your provided, and build habits that support the person you're becoming, one intentional choice at a time.

The Becoming Challenge is about more than movement alone.

 

Throughout the challenge, you'll gain access to exclusive workshops and community events designed to support every aspect of your wellbeing.

 

Kicking off with learning how to nourish your body through our Nutrition Workshop with Rachel Saunders, where she will share practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies to support your energy, strength, recovery and overall wellbeing. PLUS your very own takeaway meal guide and resources to help you thrive.

PLUS a beautiful Mental Health & Breathwork Workshop with the beautiful Karina, because wellbeing is about more than just the physical. 

 

The goal isn't simply to complete a challenge, but to gain the tools, knowledge and habits that support your wellbeing for years to come.
